Morna has had a 30-year career focussed on all stages of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to training, development and outplacement.  She established her consultancy The People Portfolio in 2020 and since then has developed and delivered training courses, personal development programmes and women returner programmes as well as becoming a Menopause Workplace trainer.  She is also an accredited practitioner in Belbin Team Roles and has a voluntary role as a committee member with Ayrshire Businesswomen helping to support other women in business in her local area. Morna and her associates at The People Portfolio have supported Rocket Science since 2023.
