Sarah-Jane Dale, known as SJ to her friends and clients, is the Founding Director of Progress Partners, a business development agency that supports SMEs and third sector organisations have more impact in their work by getting better at sales, marketing, communications and training. SJ is a business development expert and commercial strategist with 14 years of experience creating effective solutions. SJ has a proven track record of working in public, private and third sector to deliver results that exceed expectations. She believes that strategy + action = progress, and brings that approach to all her work with energy and enthusiasm. As well as being a small business owner, SJ is a Board Member of the Trading Subsidiary of OnFife and a Trustee of Perth based charity Hayley’s Smiles. SJ has worked with the Rocket Science team since 2021.

• Stationery: I am a sucker for a pretty, A5, hardback, flat lay, ruled notebook and I have a Parker Jotter pen with me everywhere I go.
• Board games: I love chess, although I admit I’m not very good at it. I also love playing scrabble and doing jigsaws being much better at both of those.
