Elektra Lapavitsas is a Consultant at Rocket Science, with a background in policy-driven research, education, and youth engagement. She brings experience across consultancy, academia, and frontline teaching, combining strategic insight with practical delivery. Her work focuses on improving outcomes for young people and marginalised communities through inclusive, participatory approaches and trauma-informed practice.

Elektra has led and supported research and evaluation projects across youth services, education, and public service reform, working with local authorities, national charities, educators, and young people themselves. She is passionate about translating evidence into accessible, actionable recommendations that inform policy and practice.
