Research into the Public Social Partnership addressing the disability employment gap in Scotland
We are currently co-designing of a Theory of Change with Scottish Union of Supported Employment, as well as accompanying monitoring and evaluation and performance management frameworks to focus their delivery of 5 pilot projects that aim to drive progress in closing the wide gap between the employment of disabled people and non-disabled people. The PSP is current focusing on employer engagement and training across 5 projects – Attract and Recruit, Retention, Transitions, Under-represented groups, and the Public sector.
