Challenge Fund Grant Administration and Learning Support for Department of Work and Pensions
We were commissioned by Department of Work and Pensions as the Learning and Delivery Partner for the £4.2m Challenge Fund, launched in 2018 to establish evidence around innovative approaches to supporting people with mental health and/or MSK issues to self-manage their conditions and stay in or return to work. We supported 19 Initiatives across the UK to pilot interventions, including around the use of technology to support self-management, and develop robust evidence, learning and value for money analysis to inform future policy design. We developed an evidence and learning strategy, including a framework from which funded programmes gathered data and insight; a learning and development plan for which we provided support; as well as monthly learning reports.
