Research Consultant – London
Brendan Parker is a Research Consultant in the London office, with previous experience in social and economic research consultancies. He has worked across a wide range of policy areas, including employment, skills, education, health, and sport, delivering research and evaluation projects for central government and its agencies, local authorities, funders, and third sector organisations.
Brendan is particularly focused on quantitative methods in monitoring and evaluation, using survey and administrative data to understand what policies, services, and programmes work. He has supported clients in tracking progress against defined criteria, analysing programme implementation, and evaluating outcomes and impact.
