For the past 18 years James has delivered, designed and evaluated services for people experiencing addiction, homelessness and those within the Criminal Justice system. This includes working within prisons, mental health teams and for a large national charity.  James is solution focused and experienced in developing governance to effectively manage risk and ethics when working with groups of people who have vulnerabilities.
