Emily is an experienced programme and project manager and public policy research consultant. Her specialist areas of expertise have focussed on the ongoing transformation of public services, covering employment, skills and welfare to work, education improvement, health and social care, devolution and economic development.

She is currently working on an evaluation of a financial capability programme for parents with Quaker Social Action and a peer support programme for pre-operative people with arthritis for Versus Arthritis. She has extensive experience conducting research interviews with service users and senior leaders, has drafted substantial recommendations reports and is an experienced project manager.
